I began my career in HR more than 25 years ago and have provided HR support to diverse industries. I understand that every organization has unique objectives and challenges, and needs a customized solution to link vision with strategy.

While designing and facilitating leadership training, I was able to see the direct impact that frontline leaders had on an organization. In one organization, the foundation relational skills provided in training helped increase the employee satisfaction scores with supervisors. And, the benefits of training have a ripple effect on retention, absences, injuries, efficiency and innovation.
